The Three Aspects of Your Enneagram Self - from Ann

Hi Reader,

The Enneagram is a paradox.

On one level it appears fairly easy to understand, but as we delve deeper, we find more subtle nuances.

When it comes to the Enneagram of Personality, over and above our core type, there are variations that personality types use to play out their particular neurosis.

Today we're going to look at Tritypes (the name given by Katherine Chernick Fauvre the prime innovator on the Tritype) and how they affect you.

Enjoy your path of discovery,

Ann Gadd

HiReader I confess, this is a bit last-minute.com, but if you happen to be sitting around wondering what to do (which if you are a parent particularly is about as likely as winning the jackpot twice), I'm doing a free interview on www.transformationtalkradio.com at 10:00am EST/5:00pm JHB on Tuesday, April 5, 2022. To date the idea has been that we all gain weight for the same emotional reasons. I believe our Enneagram types strongly influence why we gain weight (and how we can lose it). Personally, after spending the first half of my...

Dear Reader I have to apologize for being so very absent in the past few months. I've been busy preparing my talk on Art and the Enneagram for the International Enneagram Association's Annual Conference which starts today. It's been a huge (and painful), learning curve, from writing, creating the video, and finding out how to edit. (Obstacle number one, was the neighbors turning their home into a very noisy 24/7 construction site, which didn't bode well for the recording...) But then there...
